There are some coworkers at the office who think they are doing Atkins, I say think because they have never read any of his books and are shocked to hear that things like milk, cashews and beer are NOT on induction or that they should not be eating 3 endulge bars and 20 servings of splenda (packets) a day (I usually say "if you won't read the book at least read labels"). The few of us who actually follow the plan just shake our heads.
