I have eaten this granola recently it has filled me up
(i.e. not caused more hunger). I guess everyone
reacts differently. Also I am not on induction though.

I would not beat yourself up for having this. At least
you had a low carb product with lots of fibre. just
get back on the bandwagon and wait a bit longer before
having it again.

By the way, I am on of those people who cannot
have eggs all the time. I do eat what others may
consider "frankenfoods", but this is a WOL for me, and
those foods is what keeps me going. I have not
gained back any of the weight and I met my first
goal of 140lbs. I now want to go to 135. My loss
is a whole lot slower since I am doing more pre-maintnance, but I am still going in the right direction.

sandy (who had an atkins bar for breakfast and now
wants to run out get some of that yummy granola)

I know that I was feeling hungry all the time when i started induction, but I started cooking with 80 lean hambuger meat and cooked it up with some veggies with butter, and never felt hungry since. I'd say just stick with fatty food to take out the hunger.
