I hope this is true becaue I am burning up right now and I peed in my wetsuit on every dive today! Can't wait to check the scale in the AM. Of course it is 85 degrees right now where I live and I usually pee in my wetsuit if I am well hydrated. But one can hope!

I have felt as though I have lost weight. After moving to my new home, I had been unable to find my scale for a couple of weeks but I felt as though I had lost a couple of pounds. Well, when I found my scale, I did lose 5 lbs. Now I feel like I have lost weight but the scale doesn't say that I have soooo, I think I must have lost an inch or 2.

I don't get flushed, but I have noticed I am not freezing cold (my normal state), my fat gets 'jiggly' (sort of like half jelled Jello and I pee a lot more right before I whoosh.
