Lightbulb Ahaaa moment

Thanks Jon

I've been LCing a few months now but your message suddenly acts like a lightbulb moment (or an Ahaaa moment as Oprah Winfrey would put it).

That is exactly what happened to me when I started. I had this continuous headache from day 2 onwards just got worse and worse for about 7 days and then decreased and by about day 10 had gone, never to return!

I must have de-railed myself from the sugar rollercoaster and sent my body all a dizzy!

See I never stop learning here.

Default Headache and Sweats

Hi,
I had the WORST HEADACHE, started mildly on day 3 and continued through day 7. It was so bad I couldn't sleep nor barely walk. I stuck to the diet. When this headache peaked, on day 6 I finally caved in and had a quarter apple, headache subsided. It continued again on day 7 and I toughed it out. I also, on day 3, had sweats and heart palpitations if you can believe it. The headache was so bad and intense I thought of chucking the program. I'm now on day 16 and doing quite well. I took Advil when it was at its worst which helped me sleep, but I'd wake up in the morning with the same headache. I hope I never have to re-do induction again. Over it now. Good luck, I hear ya
