Good Morning Everyone. This is going to be fun. I do cardio (treadmill) every other day but I may increase it to gear up for Christmas. I have to go to the gym to do it though.

I'd like to join your challenge. I'm recovering from an injury so my personal goal is to do a little more each week and each month. Today was my very first time doing cardio in 5 months. I did 1.3 miles

WOW...everyone is doing great. Congrats Stvng. Those can be the hardest days. I definately think we should report in daily. Motivation is the key! and speaking of motivation...you have all motivated me to get off my lazy butt. Off to the gym I go. I be back to report my results later tonight. hooray!

StvnG- 8 days Carb FREE WOW we all know how tuff those 1st days can be Keep up your good work

Rosetattoo- Feel free to post your results as often as you like. I think everyday would be GREAT if you have the time to do it...I know it is a great motivator for me. You are something else 4 miles How long did it take you to work up to that? I can only dream but maybe 1 day I can post that as well

I will calculate the total miles every Sunday or Monday...BUT I will post the results for the previous week MONDAY. I will try to do this in the A.M. so everyone can see how far we came.

By the way I did 1.75 miles today
