I really like the Orange-Cranberry Atkijs muffin mix. Not too carby. I have one with my egg and meat breakfast, or two alone.

Hats off to anyone who can make a hard-boiled egg go DOWN in the morning..<gag>

Since having to give up the low-carb mixes for CAD (except at reward meal) I had to give up the best low-carb breakfast on the run... a muffin. I bake the batch and keep them in the freezer (I prefer the Ketogenics brand..blueberry or apple bran for 2g carbs and chocolate chip with ONE net carb..) nuke&go!
