Hello, Shelle

I have a long ways to go myself, and I'm from OKLAHOMA!! Think about starting a journal - it has really helped me, if for nothing else to let off steam!

Hi Shelle,

You will love the lowcarbing after awhile and the exercising:-)
Its saved my life!
I would suggest starting a journal to record your thoughts in and how you are doing, problems etc because its amazing to go back and read how you progress as the months tick along.
