From what I have heard from people
I know a lady who is on this "amazing" new diet (her words) and what she describes is exactly what we all do on atkins every day, basically low carb- high protein. People who rave about high protein low carb "diets" just dont' want to admit that Dr. Atkins is the person who originally made low carbing so healthy and who has shown constantly throughout the years that it works. They just dont want to admit it. I will stick to atkins. It has worked fine for me.
