Congrats!! I Hit my goal as well today. I am down 30 pounds since June 4 (including the month of August where Saturday night drinking got the best of me and I didn't lose a pound) plus 15 pounds on slim-fast prior to Atkins. The best part is that I am not really careful anymore. I make sure breakfast and lunch are low-carb but I've been having pizza (yes, real pizza) once or twice a week for dinner and I am still losing!! I even throw in some ice cream (not near as much as I used to though) for a snack and had a medium size bag of popcorn at the theatre the other night (saw Underworld, good flick). I try not to double dip though, if I have high carb bread or veggies I stay away from sweets, and vice-versa.
I am going to re-evaluate my goal, maybe another 10 lbs or so, although I just bought some new pants... I really need to find some 35's, but they are rare, so another 5-10 lbs and I should be into 34's (actually, some already fit). I've still got a bit of a gut, I guess I could start exercising...
The last time my scale saw 215 I was a freshman in college and hadn't learned the evils of alcohol yet
