I don't know what would be the best way but I can tell you from experience that if I cheat and do an all dayer, just let myself go, the next day I feel wonderful, I go right back on, actually I do better. I am emotionally happy (I know I know) and I do not weigh myself until the following week which is usually a 2 - 3 lb loss.

If I cheat at one meal and just have lets say a piece of cake, the next day I feel wild, like I want to eat more junk. Its like the beast is not satisfied ??

I also have a question, about 2 days before Aunt Flo visits, I am so edgy, I really have a hard time controling my portions and I feel like I just need a break. I can't get satisfied and I fill up on calories.

Does anyone else feel like this ?
