On the other hand, I was relieved to read your second post on this thread. You are such a dedicated low carber at heart and, really, your time off the wagon didn't last too long. You'll be back on track in no time.

I have a thought. Oh Oh

I read somewhere, maybe on this forum or on the martial arts one, but it was about sugar. I remember, it was here in another thread. A mom notiiced a big difference in her daughters disposition and mood after she started lcing. I think that going back to induction or close to it not only helps kick back the cravings but changes your mood or outlook. It's bad enough to beat yourself up emotionally or mentally because of a slip up, but if the body's reaction to the sugar triggers depression or hopelessness...............aarrgghh! So, my point, when we slip up we can do a couple of days of induction to get the "mind set" back, as well as the "body set".
