I am most proud of the fact that in just 3 months I went from wearing size 26/28 pants (snug) and a 3x shirt, to a size 22 pants and a XL shirt. It feels wonderful. And also the fact that my kids (ages 6 and 9) are more aware of what they are eating too. They still have their junk food now and then but like alexa said seeing your 9 year old check out the label for carbs is cute.

My 9 year old son Riley checks the Carbs on everything now. We don't have too much junk in the house anymore and it has helped my kids too.

Thumbs up It IS hard 2 pick just 1!

But if I must, it's getting back to my former thin self.

Oh, praise is much better than negativity, so, wtf ... I'm proud that I could actually lose weight, & so quickly, & keep it off & want to continue this WOE; I'm proud I'm doing something healthy for myself; I'm proud of the reactions I continually get, & proud that I've inspired others to lose weight; proud of no more double chin or back rolls; very pleased of the defining lines in my thighs & abs; proud of how I looked at Caribana; & proud that I'm back to my former sizes/can wear old fav clothes.

I am most proud that for the first time in my life I am sticking with something. I finally believe in myself and that I have lost almost 40 lbs so far.

I am proud of my committment!
