20 lbs is great!!!!

Just remember that even though you don't see it, the weight loss is happening and one day you will wake up and realize it.

Because we look at ourselves daily, we do not notice the changes. However, if someone hasn't seen you since you began losing weight saw you now, he would notice for sure!!

Don't fret about it. It's great that you are losing and 20lbs is no laughing matter! That's 20lbs less for you to carry!! The next time you go to the grocery, pick up 4 of the 5lb rice bags. Hold all 4 in your arms and walk around. Then you'll feel the difference when you put the bags down. Doing this will put things in perspective for you and make you glad you don't have the extra 20lbs to carry all the time!! That should make you feel a lot better!!

Good luck!!

Hi there!

I wanted to reply because I also feel the same about not seeing much difference yet. My pants fit differently but visually I just don't see a difference as you don't either. Looking back on it, I would probably take a photo asap and I think it is easier to tell differences that way.

Trust the scale - there is definitely a difference you have lost 20 pounds!!! And keep yourself on track and those 46's will become easier and easier to try on. Stopping this plan will assure you you will definitely not see a difference!

I definitely recommend the exericse no matter what you are eating. Exercise will only help you get into those 46s with ease!

Good luck just stick with it, you have made great progress so far!
