Ketosis rules. It's been 3 weeks and I lost 20 pounds and I'm ten pounds away from my goal.

i know i'm in ketosis when i wake up in the morning and I dont feel like sleeping all day.

I am so happy I am not the onmy one that wakes up hot. If I put the blankets on...too hot. However, just the sheet...too cold.

I was at a travel show where I work yesterday...I had to leave, went to the ladie's room and my face was bright red and I was sweating like crazy.

Now I know it was a "good" sweat. ugh.
