I hope you've got leftovers Lisa - I'm on my way! It looks fantastic, I might have to cook that this weekend.

My favourite is a good steak from the farm 2 doors away (talk about handy for LC'ing) cooked off with a little garlic and mushrooms served with cauliflower and broccoli that's cooked then tossed back in the pan with a little cream, heaped tablespoon of Philly cream cheese, grated cheese and a little fresh sage, it's yummy, filling and great for leftovers.

Oh Kelly, anything involving both garlic and mushrooms is a winner with me. Luckily I live about 5 minutes from a fantastic butcher as well so if I get time, I'm in there buying the shop!

I think that's why I started this thread really. I can't bear to read about people who are on this WOL and who still think they can't eat certain things or that their dinner has to be on a sideplate to be 'good'. Poor things. Enjoy that food people!

I know this sounds gross, but I just discovered it. I made egg salad with mayo, mustard, 2 packs splenda, dill relish, AND THEN I chopped up some Kosher hot dogs, zero carbs, zero sugar. It was quite salty sweet, and WOW it kept me full all evening.

Last night we had friends over and had an awesome seafood bbq. Tuna steaks, sword fish, seabass, muscles. Yum yum!!! Side green salad, corn on cob and mac salad (I didn't eat the last one) but did splurge and had 1/2 ear of corn. Flutter

Keto Chocolate Milk Shake and a Cheese and Fried Egg Bacon Burger. It makes me feel bad when I am being really good. Because I avoided these things so long in life the simple stuff makes me very happy.
