Anything that has seeds is technically a fruit. While you may not consider them to be a treat, they are very healthy options that many people enjoy eating.

I have seeded berries most days in my Super Paleolithic Shake. Also, on my weightlifting days, I'll have 1/4 of a tart apple within an hour after lifting. I've tried pears, but they gave me an acid stomach.

im absolutly in love with fruit......but i try hard not to eat it. The worst thing is that my parents own a fruit/vegetable/grocery store and im there everyday helping out and i have to suffer looking at all the delicious fruit
