21/28 - completed both Sat and Sun in addition to all my other stuff. If I make it tonight, Monday (and I will!) I will be 22/29. Getting hard to keep track of the days.

Guilt? Well maybe a little.
I only did half the bun & thigh routine yesterday. Made the mistake of doing it too late in the day. I did aerobic (20 min) and sat on the exercise bike while watching the news. (yes I moved my legs while sitting there). I should have done my pilates first because I had no energy left.
As of today my pilates will be done earlier in the day so there are no excuses.(unless I can find another good one LOL)

I've been a bad girl...
I have not exercised since last Thursday!
I went away for the weekend, came back to a terrible week at work so far...and very very tired physically. I guess I have mental diarreah!
I will get back on track tomorrow, I hope this does not mess up my mini goals!
I would really hate myself for a long time if it does. Sad part is that I have not one to blame but ME.
Glad to see all are doing well and keeping up with the pilates!
I'll check in tomorrow!

Thought I should check in....

I apologize for not posting.. I haven't been getting on the floor and doing my pilates.. I went a step further though. I've taken my pilates and put it on the total gym. I think with the weight resistence, I've taken it up a notch.
I've learned how to do my pilates on my total gym, and I'm liking the results..
I'm down 3.5 inches on my waist in 9 weeks.

OK - I am at 22 out of "something" - can't be bothered to count anymore. For now my goal is to get to 30 (remember Pilates promises a new body after 30 work outs - ha!) by Dec 1. So I have 14 days to do 8 more work outs - seems like a reasonable goal since I have been averaging more like 5 per week. Anyone with me? 4x a week for the next 2 weeks?

Obviously I can't count - 12 days left in the month. Still shooting for a total of 30 so need 8 workouts in 12 days. I can do this!

Nutsnseeds you are alot more disciplined than I am. I hope all your hard work is paying off for you !!! Has anyone noticed they are getting more flexible ? When I lay on my back with my legs up they are still a long ways from going up straight
Christmas is around the corner, time to get my butt in gear.

OMG
This WOE and pilates should come with a warning-
"MAY BE HAZZARDOUS TO YOUR BUSTLINE !!!!!!!!!!!"
I was getting dressed this morning and I noticed my bra was loose.
Took my measurement and 1 more inch has disappeared
That's 2 inches in less than 2 weeks. What's a poor girl to do? This could be a reason so many people don't stick with dieting !!!!! I haven't lost anywhere else this week, so why there?
Oh well I guess it's off to the mall

I know! Mine are getting loose to and you know you need to go shopping when you have to keep pulling your (...well use your imagination) up! What will be great is if I can tolerate the looseness just a bit longer I can go to Wal-mart and buy less expensive bras! Yippi! And I saved my smaller undies from when I lost 135 pounds back in 1999 so I will be in great shape there in about ten pounds! Gosh, even though those things get loose, don't you just love the transformation? Congrats on loosing...well you know!

Nutsnseeds, I like your way of thinking!!! Now no more guilt from missing so many workouts due to the flu and well you know...life! So, I am going to sit down this evening and make a chart of how many workouts I needed to have from day one of this challenge and cross out the ones I have already done and then get to it! I can still equal KiwiGal yet unless she gets competitive and decides to double up! You wouldn't do that would you KiwiGal????? I bet she would seeing as she is so competitive...especially over lobsters!

Lobsters??? Are there lobsters on the line --- hmmmm. Just kidding. We have incorporated LC eating and regular exercise as a WOL. That can't work longterm if it interferes with "life" - that is one of the definitions of an addict. I don't want to be an addict but sometimes I think I am addicted to this forum!
