30 min on the treadmill and made my exercise goal this week.

Wed: 30 min treadmill
Thur: 30 min treadmill
Fri: 30 min treadmill and 10 min walking
Sat: 30 min treadmill

total: 2 hrs and 10 min

I am trying to remind myself of the importance of warm up and cool down...I read recently about Keira Knightly having an injury - tore a ligament? or muscle or something - she was supposed to run in a scene but didn't warm up first...she usually does. OUCH. So the 1st 5 min I go slow and the last 3 I go slower too.

Not well today - stayed home from work but this evening I did 20 min on the treadmill. Watched "Smoke Signals" with Adam Beach - good movie. I watched the rest of it off the treadmill....

30 min on the treadmill Wed and 40 min on the treadmill tonight. Watching a movie calle Hachi (forget the rest of the title) that Richard Gere produced and starred in - about an Akita. Nice movie - I'm at a sad part though...

I've already made my goal - but I'll probably keep going.

5 min on elliptical and 30 min on treadmill - I was curious to see what would happen if I set the pace high so I'd have to jog - that didn't last very long.
Watching The Avengers which I need to finish maybe tonight or tomorrow since it disappears the 22nd and I go housesit tomorrow.

Made my goal for the week.
Sun Dec 14 - 20 min treadmill
Mon Dec 15 - 30 min treadmill
Tues Dec 16 - 20 min treadmill, 3 min elliptical
Thur Dec 20 - 30 min treadmill, 4 min elliptical
Sat Dec 21 - 30 min treadmill, 5 min elliptical
total 2 hr 22 min

Wow - I haven't been able to get to exercise - starting late this week. 40 min on the treadmill. Didn't get to see the end of the Avengers...found a favorite holiday movie called "The 12 Dates of Christmas" - really cute movie - well done.

10 min on the treadmill , then had to run to the vet -
10 min (total) parking far away and walking to stores -
20 min on treadmill later

Didn't make the 2 hour goal this week - it was an odd week. Want to make it next week!
Total was 80 min with Thursday's 40 min on the treadmill.

30 min on the treadmill. Watching "Blackfish" - a documentary on Orca whales that killed trainers at SeaWorld. I find whales really beautiful.
