Hi everyone! Hope you all are sticking to plan.

TOM is still here and I will weigh when it is over.

Eyes good plan. I don't eat artificial sweetners anyway and you are right if they cause you to stall or to have cravings drop them from your "to eat" list.

My goal for September is to lose 5 pounds and before my TOM I had lost 1 pound. So I have 4 pounds to go to achieve my goal. I chose that goal because that's approximately what I lose per month and I hope iy continues this month. I will stay away from nuts & fruits, drink at least 4 liters of water a day and try to workout consistently especially the cardio.

Thanks for posting those words of encouragement eyes. Hey Eyes, we have the same goal weight. I am 1 inch shorter than you.

We can do this ladies! Enjoy the rest of your day.

Peace
red

Yay yay yay .....I lost the Three pounds I gained that I put on during my cheating labour day weekend and I'm on a roll and back on Par. Weighed in this morning back at 160 and I feel G R E A T !!!!!! I'm looking forward to NEW results of the positive kind

how's everyone doing ? I see lots of posts and advice which keeps me motivated. I'm getting back into the swing of things with exercise with Tennis now that it's cooler. The US open would'nt be able to handle me with all the enthusiasm I have in me to make this work

The biggest challenge for me is the water ....I'm trying to get through the required amounts and it's been really hard but I'm hanging in there !

Good job y'all
I'm sure you will be meeting your goals in no time.
Well, I finally lost two pounds after my month long stall.
The fat fast is paying off. I started it on Monday, so I just have 3 more days on it, including today.
If this works the way I think it will, I think I will lose at least 2 more pounds by Friday.
We'll see

No real change since last week, but I'm feeling stronger and better overall. I've lost 10.5 lbs since we started.

Hi All! TOM is still here so I have not weighed. I do feel a little bloated for some reason today. Hopefully she leaves soon.

Have a good day everyone.

Peace

hey guys!
this is my 3rd day of NO CHEATS!! Been under 20 grams of carbs and atleast each day I've drank about 34 oz of water...so today I want to double that and then triple to get my 100 oz.

Red- Yeah, cool we do have the same goal...and almost the same height. Don't you hate being short...I mean your goal weight through the charts says 102-125 for me I think 102 is WAY to skinny.
But have you noticed that when you lose 10 pounds it looks like we lost 20 (cuz were so little) and on the bad side if we gain 10 (well u get the picture).

Well everyone have a low carb day!!

Hey today's weigh in day almost forgot.

Current Weight-(yikes)!! 155
Next week goal- 150 (cross my fingers)

Hey what happened to kyla??

Hey guys,
Hope everyone is doing OK??? Haven't heard much from anyone...come on guys we have 13 days...(tick tock) .I'm still doing strict induction been drinking 100 oz of water and getting my self motivated to continue on this long journey.

Also, I started taking a fat burner (xenadrine) so hopefully that'll boost things up a little. And I just oredered some ketone strips...so I can see if I'm in ketosis...I think one way I could tell is that I start getting leg cramps (ouch)!!!

I'm hoping everyone is doing ok!!

I'm back from LA, California.
It was a great week from the LC point of view. Besides people knowing what Atkins is, they don't look at you like you are wierd on restaurants. Also found a great LOW CARB STORE. Tons of products there. All bars there have a LC beer called Michelo Ultra ( fiancee was delighted with it, he missed beer).
Will wight in tomorrow morning and we'll see.

I missed you all.
H.

Hi everyone! was everyone's weekend?

Welcome Back Hell!

I am up 2 pounds (144) and I don't know why...grrrr. The only thing I did differently was have chicken with homemade pepper sauce on it last week. Maybe it had sugar. Also I increase me calories and protein last week. I hope it goes away soon.

I hope you all are doing well and sticking to your goals. have a great Monday.

Peace

Hey red,
Two pounds isn't no big thing, it happens to me a lot too. Usually it's because I'm not drinking enough water, but that's not your case.
I'm really not sure. Maybe the pepper sauce had more sodium in it. Salty things will do it too.
Anyway, I'm sure you won't have a problem getting back on track

Hi ladies,

I just weighted myself after my week away and I'm now 154!

red: nicole is riht, SALT! That is the key word. If I intake too much salt I can go up 4 or 5 pounds in one day with all the water I drink getting retained.

I'm off to Europe next Friday but I want to meet up with you when I'm back on the 29th Sep week!

Cheers,
H.

I started this chellenge Aug 8 to loose 20 pounds in 2 month.

There are 22 days still to October 8th when we can count 2 month. I was wondering everbody, how many pounds did you loose since August 8?

I lost 7 pounds since then. Not amazing but not bad!

How about you?

H.

HI guys!

I have not posted in a while because lately my weightloss has slowed down and I didn't expect to meet the goal set here but hey a loss is a loss right?

I have lost 8.5 lbs since Aug 8. Haven't updated my stats yet though since the woosh fairy visited yesterday but we'll see if it really stays off again tomorrow. To be honest I did not expect to lose 20 lbs as the goal but I thought maybe by oct 31 this might be more reasonable??

Good luck everyone!!
