I've been reading the journals and yes, I will start mine this weekend. But I've noticed a curious thing.
Many people seem to eat sooo little. What I've found is that I feel better and lose faster when I eat good meals and good snacks. I'm a small person and I eat alot compared to some of the over 6' guys out there.
Here's an example of what I ate when I lost the best:
Breakfast: 2 eggs 4 bacon or omlete with cheese, onions, ham.
Snack: 1/4 c macadamias or walnuts.
Lunch: Tuna salad (1 can tuna with pickles, celery, onion, mayo)
1/2 avacado
Snack: jerky or cheese
Dinner: 6oz steak or chicken
1/2 c veggies
cottage cheese or salad with lots of goodies
glass of wine or dessert like sugarless chocolate pudding
Some days I felt like I was eating all day but I was losing. I wonder if anyone else is like me?
Well, I'm back on track since joining in. I feel so motivated now !
Will weigh myself in the morning. If I haven't gained I'll be proud of myself and know I will reach my goal.
