Hope you feel better soon MissScruff!
I'm skipping my pilates today. I have to work which will involve 5 hours of very heavey lifting. We won't be finished til about midnight, so hopefully I'll have some energy for my workout tomorrow.
Hope everyone has a great day and a great weekend.
(measure on Sunday, hope there's some change)

Don't talk about measuring!...I just did! 1/2 inch lost on waist[ so its back to where it was about 3 weeks ago...cos i'd obviously thickened again, when MissScruff told us all to measure]
And a 1 inch loss on my bust [not yeah!!] This will make me look even more pear shaped...I'd like to believe it is my back that has lost the inch...however, the loss in front is noticeable!!
Note to self: Buy new lingerie!!

11/12 - yeah! I do seem to gravitate to the easier, shorter workout though. Since it is a time issue for me I am concentrating on perfecting the moves. Maybe since today is the weekend I will try and fit in the longer one later today. Just finished my cardio for today. I tend to do cardio in the am and pilates at night. Anyone else falling into a pattern?

Kiwigal, I'm dreading measuring the bust. That's the one place I'm hoping I don't lose, not that much to start with
I skipped pilates yesterday because of work. It was so much heavy lifting. We finished at midnight and when I got up at 4am to use the washroom I could feel the soreness setting in. It's mostly through my shoulders and upper arms. I will do my bun & thigh workout this morning, and I'm hoping to get some cardio in this afternoon.
Next week I need to concentrate on getting back to the basic workout so I can start on my abs. I really need to tighten things up.
I do need to be like Nutsnseeds and get a routine going.
I hope everyone has a great weekend, and keep that powerhouse tightened!!!

Lost some even though I am not as faithful as KiwiGal! Exactly how are we all going to measure our losses or should I say gains in this challenge? This is all I have:
Bust~same (see Talla, you don't always loose there!)
Waist~lost 1 inch
Hips~lost 1 inch
Weight~lost 3 pounds

I should have measured thighs and arms just before beginning the challenge but didn't! I do have my regular measurements that I did a few weeks before beginning the Pilate Challenge. Do we want to even monitor those or are we focusing on our powerhouses?

Keep up the great work everyone! I am so proud of you all!

Did everyone measure? If not then go ahead! You don't have to post your measurements here but can post what you have lost and gained if you like!
