Sarah:

I know what you mean but from my experience, I tend to post when it happens. My weight fluctuates terribly from time to time...especially when it's that time of the month. I could be 128 on Monday morning, not do anything or eat anything out of the ordinary all day and wake up Tuesday morning and be 132!

I think that the 128 is my actual weight since the following week, (after my visitor has gone), I'm back to that.

I think just because we're women and have to put up with that crap once/month, we shouldn't be penalized for it! lol

You know how hard to strive and what you do to lose the weight. When the scale says you have - embrace it!!!

If you see the number more than once on your scale, and it isn't immediately after a terrible stomach flu...well, get that number into your stats!

As far as not caring what the scale says - or not looking, more like it...that is what causes me to put on weight every fall. Never again will I take my weight for granted! I'm going to check weekly no matter what from now on. My mother in law has always done this, and, as a result, only weighs about 10 lbs more than she did thirty years ago. Whenever she sees the number beginning to creep up, she does something about it, with the result that she never goes on a diet! Lucky her!
