Had a Cheat Day Today

But still worked out and it seemed I had a lot of extra strength - I didnt do any cardio at the gym but the weights I lifted where not bad at all Went up quite a bit on leg day.

Up to 220 on Squat
185 on Deadlift
95 on stifflegg DeadLift

650ish on Leg Press - Dunno if Im doing these right might not be going down far enough.

10 reps at 650 - 7 / 45 plates per side

Did my first Unoffical 5k this weekend - Ran around the lake that is supposedly a mile then ran for a lil while longer to make up for the .1 of the 3.1 miles

Did it in 31.30 - Which I think is pretty good :-/

Then afterward did a bootcamp style outdoor training session in the park.

So I fell off the wagon - Gained 22+ lbs from my numbers here and stopped going to the gym.

Ive been back eating clean now for 2+ weeks and have lost 11lbs back and Yesterday made it back to the gym.

Ive been playing a lot of ultimate frisbee the whole time though. So that has kept some of it incheck

Yesterday - I did strictly Cardio - 5.25 miles of Run/Walk about 60 minutes worth and 750+ calories burnt.

Wednesday - was my ultimate frisbee league game

I'm going to try to keep going to the gym but Im pretty sure I have plantar fasciitis - so after running my feet are sore and I dont want to go to the gym.

Mom and dad know exercises, stretches, etc. for the plantar crap. That sucks, but yay for getting back to the gym! I've been eating clean for four days now. I had alcohol last night and 2 fruity drinks but they were free.

Wow so I havent posted on this page in over a year!

A Lot has changed - Lots of things to overcome and accomplish and a lot of different experiences.

Now it is time to refocus and try it again. Ive never been past 225 and now is the time. I'm at 255 and have a year long gym membership - Lets see if I can get back refocused and stop eating junk late at night.

I am allergic to Sugar - It makes me Fat *pounds that into my head*

haha - well that was from the night before.

I went to the gym last night too.. with legs mad at me.

But I guess my dinner hadn't settled yet or I drank too much water. My stomach started feeling all kinds of gross and a lil cramp here and there.

So I left after 10 minutes lol

Going to go again this morning after the vitamin shop

I didn't go yesterday morning - I went last night though, Did Halfhour of running and walking on the treadmill and 30minutes on the elliptical. I keep going late at night then I get home and I don't want to fall asleep right away. I'm going to try and go this morning before I have some work to do this afternoon.

I didn't make it to the vitamin shop, I forgot when I was out and about. I did make it to starbucks though, I need to stop doing that. I think it just reminds me of florida, because we went like almost everyday. It hasn't affected weightloss yet though. Down to 248 now.

Yesterday - I had 3 eggs then the Starbucks a few hours later. Then around 3:30 I was getting pretty hungry again. So I stopped at a new BBQ place and got a 1/2lb of Moist(FattySide) Beef Brisket - It was like a little snack haha, but it was the best brisket Ive had in Texas yet, I dont think they like it fatty out here, noone serves it that way. In Orlando there was a place and it was so soft and juicy it would fall apart in your hands - Soo awesome. Then for dinner I made 2 chicken breasts and zucchini and squash and a small salad. I chopped up the chicken and drizzled just a lil bit of a new spicy bbq sauce that I got at WholeFoods. I believe its locally made and says it only has 4 carbs, and it's pretty oily so I believe it.

We'll see how today goes, I'm going to be out working - Hopefully I can find a suitable lunch/snack - Maybe some beef jerky.

Mmmm, that brisket sounds soo freaking good. And dinner sounds good too. I didn't get too many groceries the other day, so I'll need to go back soon and get some veggies for sure.
