Ab Crunch - unresisted feet elevated - 182 each
Ab Crunch - unresisted feet elevated - elbow to knee - 98 each
Ab Crunch seated inclined bench resisted - 110 lbs x 30 each x 2 sets
Sit ups - 30ea x 23 sets
All totaled up today - 1030
Did 2 set incline bench press at 120 lbs, two sets 12 lying arm curls, 1 set lying shoulder pullovers 110lb and 1 set 12 incline chest fly resisted at 110 lbs
Cardio - 32 minutes stationary bike - to cold outside for my run
