Talking OMG I'm crying

I went out and bought a scale today, I havn't weighed myself in 4 weeks and during induction I lost 6kg in the first 14 days... anyway I bought a regular scale, it only weighs up to 120kg but a friend of mine recommended this brand as it goes past 0 again and keep correct readings (its not a digital btw) .... anyway I am sitting here crying my eyes out cause

IN THE LAST 4 WEEKS I'VE LOST 17 KGS (THATS 37.4 POUNDS)

So in total since I began Induction on the 17th February I've lost 23kgs which is 50.6 pounds ...... can this be for real ????????

and I can't stop crying I rang my darling partner and then my dad and they were both emotional in their voices (and these are NOT emotional men)

Can this WOL be any better???????

Fee

OMG! That is so awesome! I would be crying too! Actually, I almost cried when I reached 165, and I still can't believe it enough to actually post it as my wieght! I have to wait a few days, then chsck again. Believe me, I have not been down farther that 165 since I was 13 years old! A great goal for me! Oh my, that is a lot of weight! Great, and fantastic job!
I want to be the first to congratulate you!

Thumbs up Amazing Weight Loss

Hi Fiona

Whatever the actual numbers on the scales it looks as if you have lost a real lot of weight in the first month, so well done.

I am sounding just one word of caution, it is best to weigh yourself on the same set of scales all the time as they are often not calibrated very well and very few scales weigh the same. Mine I know weigh about 5 or 6 pounds lighter than the doctors scales. However I always weigh myself on them.

So what I am saying is from now on weight yourself on your new scales and plot the difference and then also weigh on your previous scales to see how much you are down on them. You never know you might have lost even more than you thought!

Excellent news and keep at it, more pounds will follow shortly.

HOW WONDERFUL!! CONGRATS! And what are doing that I am not. . .I am happy with 23.5 since January. .. but I would REALLY be happy with 50! Ahh well each in our own time.

People don't get it when you tell them you are losing weight. . .they tell me. . .23.5 I hope you don't gain it back. . .I am like "Gain it back? I am not done losing!" redawn
