I can't say for the peanut butter cups but I did have one of the Russle Stover Toffee squares tonight.
The package info is:
Total Carbs: 15.8g
Fiber: 0.8g
Sugar Alcohols: 14.6g
Net Effective Carbs: 0.4g for two pieces.

Hope that helps even if it's a different candy, it should give you a pretty good idea.

Your pretty please with maltitol on top in addition to the warning of the devil provoked me to dig my Russel Stover's out of the deep dark private hell of the freezer to give you the info.

Serving size: 4 pieces
Servings per container: About 3
Calories: 200
Total Fat: 13g
Saturated Fat: 6g
Total Carbohydrate: 17g
Dietary Fiber: 2g
Maltitol: 14g
Protein: 5g

Hope that helps. Though it's not much help to know just how many empty, evil maltitol calories you congested, now is it? BACK TO THE FREEZER YOU DEMONS!!!

I'm angry about the peanut butter cups. The first ones i bought were so good. Then i have bought 2 bags since, and they have been terrible. They have that sort of waxy whitish look to them, that happens when the chocolate gets old... yuck. I have to throw them out. And i bought them from two different stores. I think the pecan caramel ones are much better (read: evil).

I have never had a problem with the quality of any of the Russell Stovers candies EXCEPT for the fact that they are very hard to resist. Oh... and if you eat more than the recommended serving, you might as well stay home all day because you will be in the bathroom a lot!

But quite a tasty laxative, no?

I actually didn't have that effect this time - maybe because I didn't eat a case? hmmmm

As usual Skamito - YOU ROCK! Thanks so much.

Just got my glutamine in - I am SO excited! Off to the gym.

Have a LowCarba-tastic Day!
