Default I am new and wanted to into myself

Hi,

My name is Melanie and I am new here. When I first started I need to loose 185 pounds now I am down to needing to loose 148 pounds. I have been doing this for almost 3 months now. I live in Nashua, New Hampshire. I am getting married in September. My boyfriend also follows this wol with me. He is a great support and understands what I am going through. He dosent have as much weight to loose as me. We both work full time and have 2 cats. Well if you want to stop by my journal and leave me a message feel free to do so. Its under journals m thru Q and its called my Journal if not I am always around here during the day. I loof forward to meeting new friends here.

Welcome Melanie. I also needed to lose 185 pounds when I joined. This is certainly the easiest and most effective way I have found to put a dent into losing that much weight.

Thanks for the welcome. Its great to see people that are in the same boat as me. It helps alot. Especailly it being the weekend now. I find that is the hardest time for me. But I stick to my guns and keep on going. Hope you a have a great weekend. I will talk to you all later.

Weekends are hardest for me too, I especially don't drink as much water as I should.

I also had a great deal of weight to lose when I began LCing 16 months ago. But it CAN be done.
