Hi there,

It is easy to do LC and not loose weight. It is exactly what my husband does..

The best thing to do is get your husband to make the right carb choices. Things which are lower on the glycemic index.

Suggestions are oats for breakfast - with cream a bit of splenda
LC bread - we have soy and flax here which is only 12gr per slice. I'm sure you could get something equivalent.

Also fruit such as apples, berries, melon etc.
Veggies such as sweet potato and yams can be added in, plus yoghurt, cottage cheese etc.

You are right he can eat more carbs if he is not trying to lose weight the key is making the right carb choices.

Good luck
Lesley
