How come I finally have my 1st woosh yesterday. I get on the scale today up 2.0lbs. What happened? I weighed myself at the same time w/ same clothes. How can this be?

Sounds like water fluctuations or bowel contents ....pretty normal fluctuation.

Default I was starting to worry

Not sure what to put as my current weight. The 2lbs more or the 2 lbs less. Every bit helps.
Thanks for your support.

That happens to me all the time. It seems like I need to lose every pound two times and sometimes I need to lose it three times before it finally stays off.

Same here, usually water. It's very frustrating which is why I only weigh once a week now.

Same here, so I too started weighing myself less often. I just can't take the daily ups and downs.

I hear yah, I've been playing with the same pound for about 10 days!!!!, then when I had a planned and civil free day, I went up a few, just water, it was gone the next day, then the following day (today) down one. I never record a loss til it's been gone for a few days.

I think that happens to everyone. When I lose weight that is what I weigh period, no matter what the rise is. Usually by month'e end I am down another pound or two.

example: 152lbs on the 1st of Jan but my weight might go up to 154lbs that month. Yet, I considered myself the 152 lbs. Month later, I will weigh 150 lbs and that is the only weight that I acknowledge for the month. By the end of feb I weighed 145 lbs etc. That is what I do. Does that make sense? I acknowledge only the lowest weight for the month.

I have the same problem. I think it is my salt intake. I tend to lean towards salty foods.
