Default 9 weeks Induction - Results

Hi Team Atkins,

Here are my fabulous results.

SW: 258
GW1: 225
GW2: 200
CW: 208

I have lost 50lbs since Feb 8, 2003 (9 weeks).
My wais wnet from a comfortable 44 relaxed fit Levis, to a very comfortable 38 Regular fit. I can snap a 36 regular fit, but it is still a little too tight.

Cheats along the way....

twice...had 4 Krispy Kreme Chocolate Glazed doughnuts and a can of coke, other than this, no other cheats. When I did cheat, it would take about 10 days for me to lose weight.

Thanks for the support and great recipes...

Evil Elder

First, Congratulations!
It's a great feeling to do what you've just done, but don't do what I did and slack off! I took off about hald of what I intended to lose in 2000, and like an idiot just began eating whatever I wanted, instead of being diligent and taking it ALL off.

So, I have to ask:

Are you going to continue with the Induction diet, or go to the next phase?

Tim

Wow! Congrats! I often see posts that say 'Atkins is not a fast weight loss plan' but posts like yours make me wonder! Kudos!
