I really need one on one contact with someone that will be a "lifeline" so to speak when I want to cheat which is all the time. My dh doesn't understand and I really don't know anyone else locally that is doing the same. So if any of you out ther would like to help me and in return I will help you, please contact me. I am bound and determined to get back down to my pre-pregnancy weight which was over 4 years ago at around 140 and I'm only at 194!! HELP!

hey! Im in waterford, michigan not to far north. be proud of yourself your doing great!!!! I think in michigan we are lucky, there are lots of low carb goodies around! If you havent been go to walmart, they have lots of things for us! good luck! Your husband will start to understand once he sees how you are doing and how much your energy soars!
