Default Help! I fell & can't get up!

I was doing so good then all of a sudden I fell off the Atkins wagon.Everyday Ive been trying to start over and I mess it all up!Of course Im gaining weight again.Please someone help get me back on track.Should I go back on Induction again or what?HELP! HELP! HELP!

just wanted to take my hat off to u uve done soo well!!! now COME ON!!! U CAN DO IT!!! ive just stumbled yet again n bk on day 2 BUT im tweakin to see if general low carb work for me as i eat or should i say ate!!! sweets cakes etc etc crisps mm NO YUCK!!! well see if i manage to lose!!! BUT U CAN OH YES U CAN do it!!! lol n best wishes remember ALL uve acheived n put the past where it belongs in the past NOW GO FORWARD U WILL SUCCEED !!!

If you are having problems getting back into the swing of things-induction for a week might be your answer. Sounds like you have gotten back into that carb loop, which can be hard to get out of.

yup, get back on induction. for motivation, find some success stories. stick close to the board and post if you need to be talked out of that tree. sometimes there are no safe baquettes in my city.

throw away the carb laden food in the house.
cook up some lovely low-carb food and eat until you are full.

make "i don't eat that anymore" your mantra!

Well here it is Monday!Day one back on Induction!This was harder than the first time,but I'm doing it.Its night and I havent messed up yet!Drinking my water with lemon and BOY! What a headache.I forgot about those in the begining.Thanks for your support!Now Im gonna take some Advil and talk myself into making it through tomarrow.
