SO Swollen, can hardly close my fingers into a fist, and boy do they ache. Not really sure why. It’s painful, for sure. Guess I’m not a loser though… 😂🤣😂

The benefit of a food log. Allows process to ID foods your body cannot tolerate without inflammation, ie water weight gain, and achy or swollen hands.

Look toward the bacon. Or the dressing.

Bacon is a processed food, according to MY body. Hands swollen or ouchy are my test for food safety! 😂

Thanks for the “tea and sympathy”. The body is so complex. Salty bacon, even the nitrate free stuff makes me retain water, so I know hand swelling will happen, sometimes my salt cravings are like cravings for sweets others can relate to I’m sure. Yesterday, it was a different, stronger response, like every ounce of extra fluid in my body decided to pool in my hands, like when one eats too much fibre and one’s stomach bulges. Or maybe that’s just a me thing.
😂🤣😂

Today my hands are still swollen, but definitely not as painful to close, and I am grateful for that. Back to making my own salad dressings. Lesson learned. So I’m back to where I started this challenge, tomorrow I plan on being a loser again! 😉😂🤣😂😁
