So glad to welcome you to this forum. All the people here are so helpful.
I'm glad your doctor suggested you try this. I was not able to loose on the typical low fat low calorie diet either. I have been doing Atkins since the 2nd week of January and have lost 25 lbs. and I'm not hungry. Hope to hear form you often on this forum.
