Default ECA stacks and appetite

I find ECA very effective for working out, though it has never reduced my appetite. In fact I find that I eat more! I stick to fruit if it is between meals and have put it down to increased metabolism but find it strange. Especially since most people experience the opposite!

When I started going to Curves gym they had a handout about ephedra and how it actually works against those of us who are carb addicts...can't remember why exactly though.
But I had the same problem with them hunger and they made me too jittery.

Talking ECA acts the same way on me

Depending on the days, ECA acts very well on cutting out my sugar urge and appetit, but on other days i find myself eating more ???

Default ECA

Right, that's what I've found!
Another thing which happened a few days ago was that I took one to work out in the gym and also had a headache so took a couple of asprin. I know that asprin is a vital component of the stack already but after taking a couple more at the same time the effect of the stack was really increased. I used the treadmill and don't run like an athlete but was drenched after 25 minutes.
