We have cheat night once a week. And it's not even a real cheat. Well it is.. but we don't binge and go out of control.

Last friday night cheat was having a scoop of vanilla ice cream with diet pepsi at our local ice cream place. It was just enough to make me feel like I cheated.. but not so bad that I gained weight from it.
