I had trouble with the reward meal. Day one, good. Day two, cravings after dinner reward meal. I cannot have a reward meal two days in a row. Otherwise I liked the plan.

Ive not made it to goal on any plan.

I didn't follow cad but their next plan - calp, and I got within 6 pounds of the goal I had set with my doctors. It took me 4 years, but I lost around 216 pounds. For me, calp is a blessing.
