One week weigh in
Today is my 6th day of being on the induction phase of the Atkins diet and i lost 6.5 lbs . Ive been warching Butter Bobs videos on youtube to get tips and keep me motivated. If anyone hasnt seen his videos i highly suggest you search his video titled "Butter makes your pants fall off" . The one thing that i learned that isnt in the Atkins diet is to only eat when you're hungry. Most days i only eat twice per day and only eat half a portion of meat or eggs. Half a steak instead of a whole steak. one hard boiled egg instead of 3.
