Default Somersize

I have all of Suzanne Somers Somersize books - the recipes are fabulous. I like her eating plan, but find Atkins is better for me right now. Somersizing is like the later stages of Atkins to me. Anyway, you can check out her website and see for yourself.

My favorite LC chocolates are Ross and Pure D Lite (dark). I also like Pure D Lite's espresso truffles and hazlenut truffles, as well as their dark chocolate bites. These are often available in stores sold individually, or in boxes with something like 80 pieces in each box (!).

Try the Keto brand shakes. Especially French Vanilla and Banana Cream!
Don't waste your money on the Atkins brand, IMHO.

Where do I get Pure Delight? Any idea what stores?
I've never had any of the shakes, but I find the Advantage caramel nut chew pretty reminiscent of some off-brand, but totally acceptable chocolate bar.

Default pure delight

Orzabelle, I found my pure delight bars at my local walmart. They were on sale for 94 cents a pieces and there was 4 different flavors. Needless to say I purchased quite a few for that price.

Orzabelle (great name),
I love the de-lite candy bars and especially the belgian white chocolate! i found them on qvc. Larry King's wife is the pusher (hahaha) or the marketing rep for them on qvc.

I am new on this also, but found the best chocolte bars at, where else, Wal-mart. Called Delite. You will find them around the pharmacy area. Only 3 carbs and great. I have one every day.

hi everyone thanks for the info! I also eat a pure de lite bar everyday. (walmart 97 cents) I know for some people they are to much maltitol for their diet, but they are worth it for me . I think they slowed down ketosis just a bit for me but I wont complain about 7 lbs. in 12 days!!!! good luck to all thanks for the help!!!
