It all really depends how much bread you ate! if it was just one piece you may be OK.
Whatever, it doesn't really matter - just get back on the diet and don't do it again. Eat enough to stop you getting faint - and if you must do this eat something less damaging i.e. a bit piece of cucumber, a lump of cheese, some nuts, even half an apple (low G.I.) would be better than bread. They all contain some carbs but not enough to do damamge.
