What happens if U cut out ALL carbs from ur diet? Will it help U lose weight faster? thanks Jacy

Hi Jacy!

No, it won't help you loose weight faster, but it is a quick ticket to constipation.
Seriously...when Atkins first came out in the 70's it was very low carb (below 10 grams per day), but over the years Dr. Atkins realized that cutting the carbs below 20 didn't help his patients loose any faster and also that they were missing out on the important health benefits of more veggies and fiber, so the induction levels were uppped to 20 grams.
Cutting them below that is just depriving yourself unnecessarily.
