Alas, a club which I would gleefully join.
Not having a scale at home, I weight daily at the gym after workouts. Two things for me which are important. One, I'm an optimist and expect to lose weight and see it numerically validates that notion with invaluable positive reinforcement that I'm on the right track. Two, on a more pragmatic side, if I were to stall, I would rather know sooner than later. Noticing the problem early, then trying to resolve it, in my view, is infinitely superior to purposely being in the dark only to be surprised 3 weeks later we've stalled.
