Ok.. I should have started a gym journal when I started walking last week.
I started with leslie Sansone 1 mile tape.. did it every day last week.. twice on wed and fri.
Today 3-31-03
Did the 1 mile tape, the 10 minute tone up and the 2 mile tape also! Felt great and my son walked with me had a lots of fun together while getting some much needed exercise .
I was surprised how quickly the walk went. All in all it took us 55 minutes which includes the 10 min tone up.
