Default Yahoo, I reached one of my goal weights!!

When I started Atkins, I had two goal weights in mind. One, to be what I've weighed most of my adult life (145), and the other to be what I weighed pre-pregnancy (169). I had started to gain weight before I got pregnant, and then of course, gained even more. After my pregnancy, try as hard as I could, for the last 5 1/2 yrs., I could never get down to 169. I started thinking it was hopeless, and that I would especially never ever see 145 again, but then I got turned on to Atkins, and I'm estatic to say, I weighed in this morning at 168. I'm so excited, I'm bouncing off the walls. Now I know that 145 will definitely be in my future again. This WOE is definitely for me for life!!
