Oddly enough, for lunch,I take the same thing I did pre Atkins,
Tuna salad with lot's of bits of veggies, only now, my bottle of full fat dressing is the only one in the lunchroom fridge, LOL.
But what draws attention is the snacks, as most are wolfing done, muffins/toast/donuts, Today I spread out my little bundles of Slice Jiamica/ cold steak thinly sliced/ 1/4 avocado/1oz of cheddar cheese. It did morning and afternoon break. And it drew some nice comments
