Default Ketostix Revisited

I bought a generic brand of sticks. Pack of 100, for $11.00, $15 after shipping.

Anyhow, since I got them, I noticed that I haven't been in Ketosis, and if so, only trace amounts.

This weekend I try my GF's sticks ( Hers have Bayer written on the stick - "Ketostix") and I go dark purple. I get out mine and it is still trace.

I found out that these I can't pee on mid stream. I actually have to submerge them in a sample for about 2-3 minutes.

Cheap Bulk products - Stay away from them.

Default Yeah

I bought Bayer stix and they only measure trace. I never go over trace no matter how I adjust my diet. I am loosing though so I just leave it be.

Default TOM?

Ladies, has any one else noticed they are knocked out of ketosis when TOM's in town. My sticks go right back to "Large" when it's over... but barely trace while it's here.
Just wondering........................
