Default Slim Jims

I had a slim jim for a snack today.. ZERO carbs on the package.. is this OK.. or should I stay away from it... it wasnt the giant one. it was the small stick..

Well I think it does have additives but if it says 0 then it could be as much as .9 a serving.

Enjoy them but to be on the safe side... count each serving you have as 1 carb.

Was really stuck for something to snack on and that was the only thing in the vending machine besides peanuts.
The peanuts were 9 grams so I stuck them in my draw until after a couple weeks. Thanks ag ain.

The thing is with Slim Jims, Deli meats, lunch type meats, and cheeses, is they are so high in sodium that they can cause stalls and do quite often. Once I cut out cheese down to about 3 oz a day, and stoped the Deli meat snacking and nuts, too, then I really started losing!

So that's the real thing to think of they can be a nice snack and emergency food, or treat, but just don't eat a lot of 'em.... of course you are probably not as compulsive as I am...lol

I will only use slim jims for an emergency!!! like I do with pepperoni and cheese..
