Unhappy What do you do when you mess up??

Well, my sugar cravings got the best of me and I had Splenda with cream cheese. It used to be my favorite treat on PP. At least I didn't go for the cookies....

Did I just bring back all the yeast that I killed?? (please say no...)
Should I take more antifungals now? Like right now? I'm tampted to take like 5 pills all at once! lol, Not really! I guess I should just go back to the strict candida diet. How much damage did I do??

Hi!!

Well, the cream cheese was OK- and I can't imagine you used buckets of splenda so I think you are going to be OK . Like you said- just go "strict" again!! PLus- it can't be any worse that the sour cream I had tonite!! This anti-candida thing is tough!!

I hear you, definitely the best thing to do is go straight back onto the diet, I don't think that much harm would be done with one meal, I'd be interested to hear the answer to this too.

The danger is once you actually stop and eat something you shouldn't it starts the cycle again and you turn around a week later and have to start from scratch. So better not to give into temptation to start with - easier said that done of course! sheeesh this is tough

Talking Thanks guys!

Hey guys! THanks for the encouragement. I guess it's hard to follow the plan perfectly. I'm back on track now!
