Stickies contain important information the webmaster decides should be retained at the top, e.g. newbie advice sticky, though it appears not to be read often. But I am guilty of the same on a travel forum that uses this same format platform.

Also, above the second bar green bar at top with your User control panel, shows you the "stack" of folders where you are. Just tap any there and you could go back to All Health topics, or start at the beginning Index folder.
