I have been doing the Atkins Diet for a little over a week now & have lost 10 or 11 lbs..I am looking for some recipes to try...My family is doing it with me..I have more energy than ever!!

Think about starting a journal, it really helps some to stay on track and for others to see what you're eating that might be causing any problems for you. Good luck! I wish you lots of "wooshes"....
